For products purchased from Atelier Babbi - mena.atelierbabbi.com, customers have the right to return defective products within 14 days from the invoice date. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are covered by our company. However, returns must be sent only through our contracted courier companies. Shipments sent with other couriers or cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.
