Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are covered by our company. However, returns must be sent only through our contracted courier companies. Very nice, very high quality. Nicer than I expected, and the fabric is much better quality. I haven't put the inner pillow in yet since I'll wash it first. But the pillow's fullness will make nursing comfortable, and it's a large pillow.
